We are a trusted real estate developer in Coimbatore specializing in premium plotted developments, gated communities, and landmark residential projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Civil Architect to lead planning, design, and development activities for our premium plot projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop innovative master plans, layout designs, entrance features, clubhouse concepts, and landscape integration for premium plotted developments.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, site plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and presentations using SketchUp.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, surveyors, consultants, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
- Ensure projects adhere to local authority regulations, DTCP/RERA requirements, and building standards.
- Review site conditions and provide design solutions that optimize land utilization and project value.
- Conduct design reviews and recommend improvements in aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.
- Support marketing teams with project presentations, brochures, and visualization materials.




- Monitor project execution to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with architectural design expertise.
- 5–10+ years of experience in real estate, plotted developments, townships, or residential projects.
- Robust proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / V-Ray (preferred)
- MS Office
- Excellent understanding of site planning, land development, infrastructure coordination, and construction practices.
- Knowledge of DTCP approval processes, development regulations, and real estate project standards.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in premium plotted developments and gated community projects.
- Strong design aesthetics with practical construction knowledge.
- Leadership skills to guide junior architects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to execution.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹72,809.93 per month
