We’re Hiring – Architect

SP Builders & Interiors is looking for a passionate and creative Architect to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, working drawings, and construction details.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements and present design concepts.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, site engineers, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is executed according to the approved drawings.
- Ensure compliance with local building rules and construction standards.
- Assist in project planning, material selection, and design execution.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–5 years of experience (Freshers with excellent design skills are also welcome to apply).




- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other 3D software will be an added advantage.
- Strong design sense, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
