- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patient Assessment: Examine patients, evaluate medical conditions, and provide timely diagnosis and treatment.
- Emergency Management: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and stabilize patients before referring to specialists if required.
- Clinical Care: Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, interpret investigation reports, and ensure appropriate treatment plans.
- Patient Monitoring: Monitor admitted patients, review their progress, and modify treatment plans based on clinical condition.
- Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate and complete patient records, treatment notes, discharge summaries, and clinical documentation.
- Coordination with Consultants: Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, and surgeries, and communicate patient updates effectively.
- Patient Counseling: Explain diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and follow-up instructions to patients and their attendants.
- Infection Control & Safety: Adhere to hospital infection control protocols, patient safety standards, and clinical quality guidelines.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinate with nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, radiology,



and other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Compliance & Skilled Ethics: Follow hospital policies, medical ethics, legal regulations, and participate in continuous medical education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualification

- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council/National Medical Commission (NMC).
- FRESHERS ARE MORE PREFERABLE (REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE IS MANDITORY)
- 0–2 Years experience candidate can also apply .
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Emergency and critical care management.
- Excellent communication and patient counseling.
- Teamwork and coordination.
- Time management and documentation skills.
- Clinical Work,IP Work and ICU WORK etc
