Business Development Manager – Institutional Sales

A well-reputed college is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Managers to strengthen institutional partnerships and drive student outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with Schools, Principals, Correspondents, and Management.
- Conduct institutional visits to promote academic programmes and partnership opportunities.
- Organize presentations, seminars, career guidance programmes, and promotional activities.
- Generate new institutional leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly business development and admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, follow-ups, and meeting outcomes.

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Institutional Sales, Educational Sales, or B2B Sales.




- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about the education sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is preferred.

Mandatory Requirement

- Candidates must be willing to travel extensively for institutional visits.
- Comfortable with daily field work and meeting school authorities.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and own vehicle are preferred.
