We are hiring for a dynamic accounting skilled for a US based organization with remote working in UK shift (5.30 p.m. IST to 11.30 p.m. IST).

Job Responsibilities

1) Maintain and reconcile accounts payables and receivables

2) Handling invoice bookings and journal entries

3) Revenue Recognition as per US accounting standards.

4) Handling payroll entries.

5) Perform month-end and year end close activities.

6) Prepare Financial Statements and Reports.

7) Scrutinize monthly general ledgers and maintain balance sheet schedules.

8) Support team members in various accounts reporting.

Ideal Candidate should possess

1) Bachelors/Masters degree in accounting and finance.

2) 4-7 years experience from IT/ITES industry.

3) Good working knowledge of QuickBooks. Having experience of setting up chart of account, and automation will an added advantage.

4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to details

5) Effective organizational and time management skills.

6) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
