We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Operator with 2–6 years of experience in operating and setting up 3-axis or 5-axis CNC milling machines for precision component manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, achieving tolerances up to ±0.002 mm (2 microns), and have a proven background in high-precision job production.
Job Responsibilities
- Set up and operate 3-axis or 5-axis CNC milling machines for precision component manufacturing.
- Perform machine setting, tooling, and prove-out activities to ensure productive production.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T; requirements, and process specifications accurately.
- Manufacture parts to stringent dimensional tolerances, achieving accuracies up to ±0.002 mm (2 microns).
- Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments and maintain quality standards.
- Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity and minimize rework.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and adhere to all safety and quality procedures.

Qualification
