ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and execute day-to-day Ads Operations across paid channels. This role is focused on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of performance campaigns at scale.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

- Execute and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads
- Set up campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creatives, and tracking accurately
- Monitor daily performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, spend pacing)
- Perform regular optimizations on bids, budgets, creatives, and audiences
- Manage product catalog feeds and dynamic ads
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives
- Ensure proper tracking via Pixel, GA4, and conversion events
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and insights
- Identify underperforming ads and scale winning creatives
- Support senior team members in experimentation and A/B testing

WHO YOU ARE

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or ads operations




- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Valuable understanding of funnels (TOF/MOF/BOF) and ecommerce metrics
- Experience working with ecommerce or D2C brands preferred
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable working with large data sets and Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
