We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chartered Accountant to lead and oversee client engagements, manage team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery in GST, financial reporting, and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a client-focused approach.

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 6–7 years of post-qualification experience, strictly in a CA firm environment.

Note: Candidates with only industry or corporate experience will not be considered.

✅ Recent and relevant experience with a CA firm is mandatory.

Key Expertise Required:

1. GST & Indirect Taxation

- End-to-end handling of GST compliance, advisory, and litigation support
- Review and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, etc.)
- GST audits, assessments, notices, and departmental representations
- Advisory on GST structuring, input tax credit optimization, and compliance planning
- Keeping clients updated on changes in GST laws and implications

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Finalization of financial statements (including consolidation) as per applicable accounting standards
- Preparation and review of MIS reports and financial analysis
- Handling tax audits;
- Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and other regulatory requirements
- Liaising with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities

3. Team Leadership & Management

- Supervision, mentoring,



and review of work performed by team members
- Allocation of assignments and ensuring timely completion
- Quality control and review of deliverables before submission
- Training team members on GST and financial reporting updates
- Building a collaborative and performance-driven team environment

4. Client Relationship Management

- Acting as a key point of contact for assigned clients
- Providing proactive advisory and business insights
- Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Ensuring client satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (Mandatory)
- 6-7+ years of relevant experience in a CA firm
- Solid expertise in GST laws and compliance
- Excellent knowledge of financial statements
- Excellent Knowledge of Direct Taxes, payroll, FEMA, Corporate laws, and taxation
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Computax, Genius etc.) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Leadership ability with experience in managing teams

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
