Infinity Crest Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Calling Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer communication, lead generation, and sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Generate, qualify, and maintain sales leads.
- Explain products and services clearly to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or Excel.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build solid customer relationships through professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handling.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Cold Calling,



Lead Generation, and Inside Sales.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Good time management and organizational skills.

Eligibility

- 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- 0–1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
