We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate current business opportunities and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills with a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email marketing, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for project handover.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Attend networking events and business meetings when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing services.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
