Job Descritpion of ServiceNow Developer

5+ Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer with strong expertise in IRM (GRC), SecOps, and ITSM. This role involves end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on integrating security, risk, and IT operations workflows. You will be the subject-matter expert, providing technical leadership, ensuring best practices, and delivering high-quality solutions that align with enterprise requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary technical point of contact and subject-matter expert for ServiceNow IRM, SecOps, and ITSM.
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations.
- Implement and customize modules including CMDB, ITOM, GRC, SecOps, VR (Vulnerability Response), SIR (Security Incident Response), and TI (Threat Intelligence).
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts (JavaScript, Glide Script, Business Rules, Script Includes) and REST API integrations.
- Integrate ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management, and risk management platforms.
- Build automated workflows, playbooks, and orchestration tasks to support security and risk processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of IRM & SecOps with CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, and enterprise applications.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor security posture,



incident trends, and compliance status.
- Maintain high-quality documentation for configurations, integrations, and customizations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven expertise with ServiceNow IRM (GRC), SecOps, CMDB, ITOM, and ITSM modules.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script) and advanced configuration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow security models, ACLs, and data structures.
- Experience with integration technologies: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, ServiceGraph.
- Track record of integrating ServiceNow with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability, and risk platforms.
- Hands-on experience with automation, orchestration, and workflow design in ServiceNow.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience implementing and optimizing IRM and SecOps modules.
- Ability to design and automate security incident response playbooks.
- Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools and patch management automation.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in building reports and dashboards to visualize key risk and security metrics.
