Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day site activities for residential construction (independent houses, villas, apartments).
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, work progress reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle client/site visits and provide updates on project status.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues and technical challenges.

Pay:



₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
