We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 3 or more years of experience to work with our Project Managers as a technical point of contact for projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the Banking and Financial Services industry, although it is not a requirement. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation for various projects. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with clients, developers, and testers to ensure project success.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Project Managers to identify project requirements and develop project plans
- Act as a technical point of contact for project teams, and collaborate with clients, developers, and testers to ensure project success
- Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and documentation for various projects
- Develop detailed functional and technical specifications
- Assist with the creation of test plans and test cases to ensure product quality
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements
- Communicate project status,
risks, and issues to stakeholders, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3 or more years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Solid knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services industry is a plus
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and software
