Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end SAP training batch operations.
- Coordinate with trainers for class scheduling and batch planning.
- Act as the primary point of contact between trainers and candidates.
- Manage admissions, CRM records, and candidate data.
- Track fee collections and follow up on pending payments.
- Manage trainer onboarding, availability, and batch allocation.
- Support recent course launches and arrange required study materials.
- Monitor attendance, batch progress, and candidate support.
- Coordinate with HR, Academic, and Sales teams for smooth operations.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in Training Operations, Academic Operations, or EdTech.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple batches and stakeholders efficiently

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
