Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive room and banquet sales, develop corporate business, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current business through corporate and travel trade accounts.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts and corporate rates.
- Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor market trends.

Requirements

- Graduate in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 0–3 years of hotel sales experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of corporate sales and local market dynamics.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
