- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Lead, train, and motivate production employee.
- Maintain a safe working workplace by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Coordinate with other departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
