JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Edit author manuscript for spelling, grammar, punctuation, clarity and rephrasing sentences as needed

2. Edit and ensure that the document conforms to the publisher’s language and style requirements

3. Language editing of Journals / books with a high emphasis on quality

4. Responsible for doing regular checks of files copy edited by the Editor trainees and give them appropriate feedback specifications

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

1. Qualification: UG/PG – Physics, Chemistry, Chemical, Botany, Zoology, Bio Technology, Plant Biology, Microbiology, Nutrition, Bio Chemistry, Bio Science, Polymer Science, Environmental Science, Bio-informatics, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Pharma, EEE, ECE, E&I.;

2. Excellent English skills (Verbal & Written)



and an eye for detail are essential

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Word will be an added advantage, enthusiastic learner and passion for reading/editing

o 1st shift – 06:15 am to 01:45 pm
o 2nd Shift – 01:45 pm to 09:15 pm

JOB LOCATION: Chennai / Coimbatore / Work from home

Take home salary: 16086/month
