Job Title: Housekeeping GSA

Location: Haridwar

Experience Required: 2–3 Years as Housekeeping GSA (preferably work in pre-opening star category hotels)

Qualification: Graduate / Hotel Management

Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners

Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and service standards..
- Clean and maintain guest room , bathrooms corridors and pubic areas according to Dharamshala standard
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest amenities in assigned rooms
- Ensure consistent cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene standards across the property.
- Handle and fulfil special guest requests efficiently.
- Inspect guest rooms and housekeeping areas regularly to ensure:o Cleanliness and hygieneo Proper functioning of facilities and equipment
- Handle lost and found items according to hotel policies and procedures
- Coordinate with the front office to update room status and ensure timely room readiness

o Timely maintenance, replacement.

- Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly.
