Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage investment operations, client servicing, and back-office processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial services or a strong finance background, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day investment operations by following defined systems and standard operating procedures.
- Handle client documentation, KYC, and regulatory compliance across investment products.
- Execute mutual fund transactions through platforms such as NJ, NSE MF, BSE Star MF, MFU, and similar platforms.
- Manage back-office operations for investment and insurance services, including maintaining CRM records.
- Coordinate with AMCs, PMS providers, insurance companies, and transaction platforms for smooth operational execution.
- Assist clients via phone and email with servicing requests and platform-related queries.
- Reconcile investor transactions and prepare MIS reports, capital gain statements, and holding reports.
- Process non-financial service requests, including nominee updates, bank account changes,



and address modifications.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in financial services, investment operations, wealth management, mutual funds, insurance, or a similar domain.
- Candidates with a Finance background (B.Com, BBA Finance, M.Com, MBA Finance, or equivalent) are also welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of financial products and investment operations.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data handling.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and client servicing abilities.
- Proactive attitude with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.

Additional Details

- Salary: ₹20,000 per month (based on interview performance)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
- Work Mode: In-office
- Job Location: Shivajinagar, Pune

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
