I. Production

- Production & Charge Reporting: Generate and submit "Regal Metal" and "Making Charge" (MC)
- Receivables & Stock Tracking: * Calculate metal receivables from external parties and report via WhatsApp.

Provide daily metal stock updates

- Sales & Logistics: Manage sales billing

Generate Delivery Challans (DC) and Eway bill for all outside work and job-work transfers.

- Data Entry: Perform daily purchase entry updates for Thomas and Jo.

II. Banking & Treasury

- Cash Management: Handle and assist GM in physical cash and cash deposits and staff banking requirements.
- Fund Transfers: Execute NEFT/RTGS transfers.
- Payment Redundancy: Act as the primary backup for all online payment duties in the absence of GM

III. Weekly Responsibilities

- Inventory Auditing:



Conduct weekly stock checks and audits for Company.(Gold Ornaments and Silver Ornaments)

IV. Statutory Compliance & Taxation

- GST & Banking: Verify GST bills for filing
- Submit the monthly Stock Report timely
- Environmental Reporting: Submit the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) report timely

Qualification

- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 year of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
