- Patient Guidance: Greet visitors, assist with registrations, and coordinate outpatient (OP) or inpatient (IP) admissions, billing, and discharge processes.
- Department Coordination: Work alongside doctors, nursing teams, and pharmacy or diagnostic departments to reduce wait times and ease patient flow.
- Grievance Management: Listen to patient complaints, document issues, and resolve conflicts or escalate critical feedback to hospital administration.
- Feedback Collection: Conduct regular rounds, gather satisfaction surveys, and report service improvement opportunities to managers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
