Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Admission Manager to lead and manage the complete admissions function for our EdTech organization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of handling a team of 50+ Admission Counsellors through Team Leaders or directly, driving admission targets, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth end-to-end admission operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 50+ Admission Counsellors (directly or through Team Leaders).
- Own the complete end-to-end admission lifecycle, from lead allocation to enrolment and student onboarding.
- Develop and implement admission strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission targets.
- Monitor daily team performance, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain high admission conversion ratios.
- Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions.
- Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and optimize lead utilization.




- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and University Relations teams for smooth admission processing.
- Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement corrective action plans.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to senior management.
- Monitor CRM usage and ensure accurate data entry and reporting by the team.
- Handle escalations related to admissions, counselling, and student concerns.
- Recruit, train, and develop Admission Team Leaders and Counsellors.
- Create SOPs and improve admission processes to enhance efficiency and student experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and admission guidelines.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
