Duties to be taken Care:

1. Regulatory Compliance & PESO Management

· Manage and maintain all PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization) licenses for Liquid Petroleum and CNG facilities.

· Ensure all statutory documentation is updated in line with site conditions to maintain full legal compliance.

· Prepare and review PESO-specific technical drawings, ensuring timely updates as per site modifications.

2. Architectural & Facility Planning

· Develop detailed facility designs for Be-Café and allied infrastructure in coordination with Sales Officers (SO) and Engineering Officers (EO).

· Plan and optimize layouts for washing bays and utility areas to enhance operational efficiency.

· Prepare pre-approval drawings required for administrative clearances and billing processes.

3. Surveying & Digital Mapping

· Conduct detailed site surveys including topographic mapping and contour level assessments.

· Convert field data into accurate AutoCAD drawings for New Retail Outlet (NRO) development.

4. Execution, Quality & Site Engineering

· Lead QA/QC activities including site inspections, material testing, and adherence to quality standards.

· Conduct and supervise all site material tests, including pipe pressure testing, to ensure safety and compliance.





· Supervise layout marking and level checking to ensure precise execution as per design specifications.

· Coordinate with Mahanagar Gas/City Gas officials for CNG point finalization and ensure PESO compliance for approvals.

5. Upgradation & Maintenance Work

· Handle site upgradation projects including electrical and mechanical works with solid technical understanding.

· Ensure proper execution, troubleshooting, and integration of upgraded systems as per operational requirements.

6. Project Control & Timeline Management

· Manage project schedules using Master Bar Charts to ensure timely commissioning within 45–90 days.

· Maintain Measurement Sheets (MS) and conduct thorough bill verification to control costs and prevent overruns.

7. Technical Expertise & Design Capability

· Demonstrate strong proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting, layout preparation, and design modifications.

· Apply civil and structural engineering knowledge in designing steel structures, sheds, and related infrastructure.

8. Reporting & Presentation Skills

· Prepare detailed reports, project updates, and data analysis using MS Excel.

· Create and deliver professional presentations using PowerPoint for internal and client communication.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹2,226,847.65 per month
