- Market analysis and research for developing current products and launching new products. Work in the Field to evaluate effectiveness of Strategies and formulate new strategies and monitor and motivate field staff.

- Training and development of Field Staff.

- Creation of Artwork in conjunction with artist including conceptualizing, copywriting, designing of leave behinds, literatures, packing materials such labels/cartons, visual aids, etc.

- Getting quotations, comparing the same, finalizing specifications, placing orders and follow up for delivery of promotional items including gifts.

- Understand the basic requirements of artworks for packing material.

- Develop motivational activities.

- Sourcing of medicines and product related research for existing products.

- Oversee systems in office for monitoring and improve sales performance of field and products

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
