Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve F&B; revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire current corporate, social, and retail clients for restaurants, banquets, catering, and special events.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel partners, and local businesses.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections to generate business.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and negotiate commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, banquet, restaurant, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, food festivals, and special events to increase sales.




- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database using CRM tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining strong post-event relationships.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and community engagement activities to promote the brand.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely billing and collection of outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and hospitality service excellence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
