Job Role: (Admissions Department)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Caller to handle student enquiries, provide course information, and convert leads into admissions for our aviation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with student leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Explain aviation courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures
- Maintain proper follow-up records and update CRM/daily reports
- Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the academic team for admission processing
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach with students and parents
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Plus Two / Degree
- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam & English required)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, persuasive, and energetic personality
- Freshers experience candidates with strong communication skills are also welcome
