About the Role

Qorvatech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a results-driven PPC Executive / Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience handling international clients, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI, and driving measurable business growth through paid marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Create campaign strategies based on business objectives and target audience.
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, ad copies, and creatives.
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to improve ad performance.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining target CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience handling campaigns for international clients.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
