Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate and manage business opportunities from international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in IT services sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities from international markets (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, etc.)

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions and services

- Handle lead generation through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, and other channels

- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and estimates

- Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement analysis and solution alignment

- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals successfully

- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly/quarterly targets

- Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments





- Ensure proper documentation and CRM updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field

- Proven experience in IT services sales / business development

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English – mandatory)

- Strong understanding of IT services such as:

- Web & Mobile App Development

- UI/UX Design

- Cloud, QA, Digital Marketing, or related services

- Experience dealing with international clients

- Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills

- Experience with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)

- Familiarity with CRM tools

- Ability to work with different time zones

- Knowledge of proposal writing and estimation
