Job Description

Procurement / Purchasing

- Identify and purchase raw materials, components, and equipment required for production.

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO).

- Ensure materials meet technical specifications and standards.

- Identify and evaluate current suppliers.

- Maintain good relationships with existing vendors.

- Conduct vendor comparison (price, quality, delivery).

3?? Cost Negotiation

- Negotiate price, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Work to achieve cost reduction without affecting quality.

4?? Technical Coordination





- Work closely with design, production, and quality teams.

- Understand engineering drawings, material grades, and specifications before purchasing.

- Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement accordingly.
