As a Management Trainee – SaaS Sales, you will undergo structured training to understand our software products, identify potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and convert prospects into long-term subscribers. You will work directly with senior management and gain hands-on exposure to B2B technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

Product Learning

- Learn Fadel's SaaS products, their features, and business benefits.
- Understand customer pain points across different industries.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and current releases.

Lead Generation

- Identify and research potential customers using LinkedIn, Google, business directories, and AI tools.
- Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
- Generate leads through email campaigns, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking.

Customer Engagement

- Contact decision-makers and understand their business challenges.




- Schedule product demonstrations with prospective clients.
- Conduct introductory product presentations after training.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.

Sales Support

- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Maintain sales pipeline and customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams.
- Assist in closing subscription-based SaaS deals.

Customer Success

- Ensure smooth onboarding of new customers.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and renewals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
