Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Automation Engineer who can help automate and optimize business processes across the organization using Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, and workflow automation tools.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building AI-driven systems, LLM applications, workflow automations, and intelligent business solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and support scalable business growth.

The role involves working closely with different departments to identify automation opportunities and implement practical AI solutions across the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement AI-driven automation systems for internal business operations.
- Build and manage workflow automations using tools such as n8n, APIs, and AI agents.
- Design and deploy LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, and AI assistant solutions.
- Create AI-powered systems for HR, Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Support, and other departments.
- Integrate AI models and automation tools with existing company software and databases.
- Develop intelligent dashboards, reporting systems, and process optimization solutions.
- Build multi-agent AI workflows and automate repetitive operational tasks.
- Work on data pipelines, vector databases, and AI model integrations.
- Collaborate with management teams to identify business challenges and implement AI solutions.




- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of AI systems.
- Maintain proper technical documentation and system monitoring.
- Continuously research and implement new AI technologies relevant to business operations.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of Python and APIs
- Experience with GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Automation
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools such as n8n
- Understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Vector Databases
- Experience with OpenAI, Mistral, Claude, or similar AI models
- Basic cloud deployment knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
- Knowledge of FastAPI, ETL pipelines, and automation frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in AI Engineering / Automation / GenAI Solutions
