- Job Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in site-based electrical and automation work (for mid-level roles).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical/control diagrams and PLC logic.
- Experience with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley), SCADA, HMI, and industrial automation systems.
- Good knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in challenging site environments and meet deadlines.

- Roles & Responsibilities :
- Job Purpose :

- To Install and Commission the supplied E & A system and achieve agreed Performance parameter and handover the system to the client.

- Job Duties / Responsibilities :

- 1. Project Execution:
- Supervise and execute electrical and automation works at site as per project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and instrumentation teams to ensure smooth integration of systems.
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules, manage manpower allocation, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

- 2. Installation & Commissioning:





- Oversee installation of electrical panels, cabling, motors, VFDs, PLCs, SCADA systems, and related automation equipment.
- Perform site testing and commissioning of electrical and automation systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.

- 3. Technical Documentation:

- Review and interpret electrical and automation drawings, P&IDs;, control philosophies, and wiring diagrams.
- Prepare and maintain documentation including site reports, inspection checklists, red-line drawings, and test records.

- 4. Quality & Safety:

- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with industry standards, project specifications, and safety regulations.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections in coordination with QA/QC teams.

- 5. Coordination & Communication:

- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers for technical discussions and approvals.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress, issues, and corrective actions.
- Prepare trial reports, MOMs & other updates. Send all the reports and data regularly from Site.

- 6. Maintenance Support:

- Support preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical and automation systems, if required post-installation.
