l. To carry files, docs, official papers and books, etc. as and when required from office to residence office and vice versa of the officers to whom he is attached.
2. To attend to the office work (including carrying messages/orders) at the residence office of the officer to whom he is attached.
3. To attend to any other official duties which maybe assigned by the officer to whom he is attached.
4. Co-ordinate Beverages to Visitors and Staff via Front Desk
5. Handle & Manage Cleaning & Dusting of Whole Office through Housekeeping staffs
6. Maintain Paper & Files.
7. Should Arrange for Office Essentials such as Pantry Material, Stationary Etc.
8. Departmental Co-ordinations for filing & documentation as per requirements
9. Tea/Coffee Making in case required
10. Photocopy of papers
11. Dispatch of documents/material from office.

All duties of office peon
Office timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
MUST HAVE A BIKE/ SCOOTER WITH VALID DRIVING LICENSE, MUST KNOW HOW TO RIDE.
