We are hiring for Fitout Engineer role at Thane Location.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct snagging inspections of individual flats within the defined project timelines.
- Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure timely completion of de-snagging and rectification work.
- Monitor quality standards and verify that all defects are resolved before possession.
- Liaise with the CRM team, project team, and customers to schedule and facilitate timely flat possession.
- Conduct customer handovers using the approved possession checklist and ensure all statutory and project documentation is completed.
- Address customer concerns during the possession process and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate post-possession rectification work with internal teams and customers,



ensuring closure within agreed timelines.
- Manage customer fit-out activities by monitoring compliance with project guidelines and coordinating approvals where required.
- Maintain accurate records of snagging, possession, rectification, fit-out activities, and customer communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure seamless experience.
