Internship Description

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Intern who wants hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want to strengthen their practical skills in talent acquisition and workplace management while building a strong professional foundation.

You will work closely with our management team and gain exposure to the complete employee lifecycle, administrative workflows, and company culture building.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and coordinate orientation sessions
- Support employee engagement initiatives, workplace events, and team-building activities
- Help draft, format, and update HR policies, offer letters, and company documents
- Handle basic administrative tasks, track attendance,



and respond to general employee inquiries
- Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace culture

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of HR principles, recruitment processes, and organizational behavior
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, or basic applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
- High level of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Willingness to learn and improve continuously
