Job Description

We are looking for a smart, well-presented, and confident Front Office Associate to be the face of our INEJ Digital Lounge in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle guests while driving lounge sales and memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle front desk operations and guest queries efficiently
- Promote lounge services, memberships, and offers to guests
- Drive walk-in sales and achieve assigned targets
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Maintain high grooming and presentation standards
- Coordinate with operations team for seamless guest experience
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (Only Hospitality industry Person preferred)




- 2–5 years of experience in front office / guest relations / sales
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
- Smart, presentable, and customer-focused personality
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Required aviation industry

Salary & Benefits

- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
