Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and expand our EV scooter sales network. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing dealer/distributor relationships, expanding market reach, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network in the assigned area.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential market areas for EV scooters.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for better performance.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales plans and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, channel partners,



and customers.
- Review sales performance regularly and provide improvement plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile / EV / FMCG / channel sales.
- Robust knowledge of dealer/distributor management.
- Excellent leadership and team-handling skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good market analysis and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
