Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day coordination with banks for operational banking facilities

- Review and monitor operational efficiency by optimizing short-term & long-term borrowings and working capital facilities

- Daily monitoring of fund requirements, arranging funds, and deploying surplus funds as per company policy

- Coordination with credit rating agencies for credit rating processes, renewals, and compliance

- Coordination with insurance companies to ensure comprehensive coverage against business risks

- Preparation of cash flow forecasts in coordination with internal stakeholders and variance analysis

- Managing Open Gold Metal Loan exposure including tracking, accounting, and reporting





- Assisting in month-end closing of books from the treasury function

- Monitoring bank limits, ensuring compliance with facility covenants and RBI guidelines

- Preparation and submission of CMA data for debt raising with banks

- Expertise in risk management including forex hedging, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory compliance

Requirements

Education

- Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Treasury

Role Purpose

Manage cash and liquidity, ensure availability of funds for daily operations, maintain strong banking relationships, and take informed borrowing and investment decisions to ensure financial stability.

Preferred Background

- Experience in Jewellery or Retail industry will be an added advantage
