- College graduate or undergraduate, fresher or experienced with up to 1 year of international call center experience
- Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Making out-bound calls as per the process requirements and hitting the specified number of right party contacts on daily basis
- Good listening and responding skills
- Should be willing to take up challenges and go extra mile to perform work responsibilities
- Should be target oriented and have outstanding interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of any regional language would be an added advantage
