- Job Description: Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance (US P&C;) is mandatory
- Preference if have personal lines policy processing knowledge
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines as per agreed quality standard on all SOPs
- Ensure that the assigned targets are achieved as per agreed SLA
- Ensure adherence to Company Policies and Procedures
- Proficient in understanding and validating the insurance related documents
- Should be adaptable to work in a 24/7 environment
Responsibilities: They provide concise, quality customer service in a professional, timely, and courteous manner and document communication for every interaction on system. They provide alternatives & superior customer experience on emails. They process client data/queries on email and keep track of request and make sure they are resolved as per the defined SLA s.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any stream with relevant experience.
