Primary (Essential) Technical Skills desired:
- Hands-on experience in software development
- Should be willing to learn new technologies
- Capable of developing robust, high quality code from the specifications
- Experience in J2EE, Spring, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, JQuery, Core Java with experience in at least one of the popular RDBMS such as Oracle
- Ability to manage a team
Soft / Behavioral Skills:
- Confident, Responsible and High Initiative Driven
- Good Customer Interaction Skills
- Strong in problem solving and quick in decision making
- Should be willing to travel local / international
- Should have a valid passport
Educational Qualification:
BE / MCA with throughout first class in academics
Experience:
3 to 8 years of relevant experience
