Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and scheduling daily/weekly social media content (Instagram, Facebook, and others)
- Capture photos and short videos of the property, food & beverage offerings, events, and guest experiences
- Write engaging captions and social copy aligned with the hotel's brand voice
- Monitor comments, messages and reviews, and help coordinate timely responses
- Track engagement metrics and help prepare basic performance reports
- Support the team during promotions, banquet/event coverage, and seasonal campaigns
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
- Assist with content editing using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field
- Genuine interest in social media, content creation, and the hospitality industry




- Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and content scheduling tools
- Good written communication skills
- Comfortable using a smartphone camera for photo/video content
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing apps is a plus
- Willingness to occasionally work during hotel events (evenings/weekends as needed)
