Role Purpose

The Retail Operations Manager oversees daily store operations, streamlines processes, and optimizes inventory to drive profitability and ensure a seamless customer experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operations: Standardize daily store procedures, inventory control, and safety compliance.
- Performance: Track KPIs, manage store budgets, and optimize labor costs to maximize ROI.
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers to hit performance targets.
- Merchandising: Partner with visual teams to ensure consistent, premium brand presentation.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in retail management or multi-unit operations.
- Strong proficiency with POS and inventory management systems.
- Solid data literacy (interpreting P&L; statements and sales data).
- Ability to travel to store locations up to [X]%.
