Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze organizational data to identify operational and reporting discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Develop and maintain interactive management dashboards.
- Generate analytical reports on sales, products, customers, inventory, regions, and business performance.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

2. ERP Data Validation & Management

- Validate, reconcile, and maintain data accuracy between old and current ERP systems.
- Identify and resolve ERP data inconsistencies and master-data issues.
- Coordinate with Back Office, Store, and Operations teams for data corrections.
- Monitor inventory transactions and ensure ERP data integrity.
- Support ERP implementation and continuous improvement activities.

3. Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.
- Develop AI-assisted tools to reduce manual work across departments.
- Automate reporting, documentation, and quotation preparation processes.
- Improve operational efficiency through digital transformation initiatives.

4. AI & Digital Transformation

- Research and implement AI-based business solutions.




- Develop AI-assisted content generation and workflow automation tools.
- Support automation projects related to social media, reporting, and documentation.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies for business applications.

5. Dashboard & MIS Development

- Design and maintain business dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
- Monitor KPIs and business performance metrics.
- Present analytical findings to management through visual reports.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Collaborate with Store, Purchase, Accounts, Production, Digital Marketing, Design, and Back Office teams.
- Coordinate issue resolution across departments.
- Provide analytical and operational support for management initiatives.

7. Digital & Multimedia Support

- Support the creation of business presentations, videos, and digital content.
- Automate presentation generation and reporting templates.
- Improve turnaround time through automation tools.

8. Special Projects

- Execute automation and business improvement projects assigned by management.
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance organizational productivity.
- Support strategic initiatives and business transformation programs.
