Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Incharge Nurse for the Operation Theatre (OT) to oversee and manage all OT-related activities at Meridian Hospital, ensuring patient safety, surgical efficiency, and strict adherence to sterilization protocols.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day functioning of all Operation Theatres.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and OT team to ensure smooth scheduling and preparation of surgeries.
- Maintain strict aseptic techniques and enforce infection control protocols.
- Monitor pre-operative, intra-operative,



and post-operative nursing care practices.
- Manage OT staff rosters, leave schedules, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
- Maintain inventory of surgical instruments, linen, medications, and consumables.
- Ensure proper documentation of procedures, checklists, and incident reports.
- Train and mentor OT nursing staff for continual skill enhancement and compliance with hospital standards.
- Liaise with CSSD, ICU, and other departments for effective coordination and support.
