Job Summary

The F&B; Server is responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience by providing professional, courteous, and effective food and beverage service to members and guests. The role requires excellent product knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality while maintaining The Marque Club's luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome members and guests warmly and escort them to their tables when required.
- Present menus and explain food, beverages, daily specials, and recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.
- Ensure table setup, presentation, and cleanliness before, during, and after service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address requests or concerns.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Upsell menu items, signature dishes, premium beverages, and special promotions.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
- Clear tables efficiently and prepare them for the next guests.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle billing, process guest payments, and ensure billing accuracy when required.
- Assist in banquet,



private events, and club functions as assigned.
- Maintain stock levels of service stations and report shortages.
- Follow all company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, luxury hotels, premium clubs, or fine dining establishments.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude may also be considered.
