About the Role

AGI Innovations Makes360 Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior SEO Executive to lead and execute organic search strategies for clients across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, hands-on experience with on-page and off-page optimization, and the ability to drive measurable improvements in organic traffic and search rankings.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage SEO strategies for multiple client websites.
- Perform in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and site architecture.
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers to resolve SEO issues.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Build and execute high-quality off-page SEO and link-building campaigns.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawlability, indexing, and mobile usability.
- Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO best practices.
- Mentor junior SEO executives and support their professional development.





Required Skills & Expertise

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- Strong knowledge of:
- On-Page SEO
- Off-Page SEO
- Technical SEO
- Local SEO
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager (basic understanding)
- Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Keyword research and search intent
- Website architecture and indexing
- Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization
- Schema markup and structured data
- Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
