E-commerce & Marketplace Executive

About Us

We are launching a premium online destination for vinyl records and hi-fi audio equipment. Our store will offer recent and pre-owned LP records, speakers, amplifiers, soundbars, subwoofers, turntables, cables, and other audiophile products to customers across India and internationally.

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented E-commerce & Marketplace Executive to help build and manage our online catalog from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and manage product listings on our Shopify website.
- List products on eBay and other online marketplaces.
- Upload high-quality product images and write accurate product descriptions.
- Research and price vinyl records and audio equipment based on market trends.
- Grade vinyl records and sleeves using industry standards (training can be provided).
- Maintain accurate inventory across all sales channels.
- Process online orders and coordinate shipping.
- Update stock availability and product information.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and featured collections.
- Respond to customer enquiries related to products and orders.
- Ensure all listings are SEO-friendly and professionally presented.

Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or catalog management.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon,



eBay, or similar platforms.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage large product catalogs efficiently.
- Basic image editing skills are an advantage.
- Interest in music, vinyl records, or hi-fi audio equipment is a strong plus.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with eBay seller accounts.
- Familiarity with Discogs or collectible marketplaces.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Understanding of shipping and order fulfillment processes.
