This role includes planning and executing the migration of applications and data, ensuring that the solutions implemented are scalable and deliver high performance. The position requires coordinating with various stakeholders to align migration strategies with business goals, while leveraging both private and public cloud technologies to support innovative and effective outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of migration strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure smooth migration processes.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure post-migration to maintain performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Compute Services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud migration methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and application migration.
- Experience in managing and configuring middleware and integration platforms.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning in cloud environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Administration.
