Job title: Tender Executive — Metal Gasket Manufacturing

Job summary:

- Responsible for end-to-end tender and bid management for metal gasket sales and supply opportunities (public and private sectors), ensuring technically compliant, competitively priced, and timely submissions.jobaaj

Key responsibilities:

- Identify relevant tender opportunities on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, PSUs, OEM portals, and private enquiries; maintain opportunity tracker.jobaaj
- Review tender documents and prepare compliance checklists (technical, commercial, statutory).bebee
- Coordinate with Engineering/Production to obtain material specs, drawings, test certificates, sample requirements, and lead-time inputs.jobaaj
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost sheets, and commercial proposals based on raw material, processing, and overhead inputs; recommend pricing strategy to meet margin targets.jobaaj
- Compile and verify statutory/company documents: ISO certificates, GST, PAN, MSME, past work orders, inspection reports, PF/ESI details, and vendor credentials.jobaaj
- Manage e-submission on portals (GeM, CPPP) including uploading documents, filling forms, and responding to online queries.bebee




- Liaise with Purchase and Vendors for vendor quotations, raw-material availability, and sub-supplier confirmations.jobaaj
- Track EMD, bid bonds, Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG), and ensure timely refunds or renewals.jobaaj
- Follow up with clients, consultants, and procurement teams for clarifications, technical meetings, and post-submission negotiations.bebee
- Maintain tender records and produce MIS—tenders issued, submitted, won/lost, reasons for loss, and success ratio for management review.jobaaj
- Support contract handover to Order Processing / Sales on award, ensuring all commercial & technical commitments are captured.jobaaj

Required qualifications & experience:

- Graduate (Diploma/BE/B.Tech) in Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Materials or Commerce/BBA with strong technical exposure; 2–5 years experience in tendering within manufacturing (preferably metal gasket, gasket fabrication, or sealing components).

Pay: ₹15,091.63 - ₹32,493.03 per month
